NO REFUND/CANCELLATIONS /ONLY EXCHANGE of Items Policy
Exchange of Items
Our policy lasts 5 days from the time paid the items. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase,unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange of the item,
To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Conditions not eligible for exchange:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery
NO Cancellations and Refunds of Orders only Exchange of Items Policy
If in any case, you change your mind to change your orders, only within 24 hours, approvable from the time you placed an order. Then less 10% for our Service Fee. (Note: No Cancellations and Refunds of Orders only Exchange of items). If the exchange of an item has a lower price than the original price purchased, a difference in amount can not be refunded. But if the exchange new item price is a higher additional amount of payment is needed.
If Cancellations OF ORDER only in one hour upon payment is acceptable case to case basis and Refund of payment will be processed in 24 to 48 hours with 10% Service Charges.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged after the first day received the items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at lama_melba@yahoo.com.
NOTE: All Cancelations and REFUNDS transactions have 10% Service Charge.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
